After living together in Australia, two friends created their own clothing brand, Kythe, to offer people unique designs that can be worn for all kinds of daily activities.

How did the idea to start your own business come about?

G.L: We've been lifelong friends, we went to study together in Australia, and right there we realized that fashion there was very different from Mexico. There were many different stores and trends. While we were there, we came up with the idea of creating our own clothing brand. We really didn't know anything, we had no idea where to start. When we arrived in Mexico in 2020, the pandemic hit, and it slowed us down a bit. It wasn't until the following year that we looked for suppliers and started designing.

A.L: We focused a lot on what we saw and experienced during our time in Australia. We really liked the lifestyle. People are always on the go in their daily lives, and we wanted to bring that to Mexico; designs you can wear every day.
